Fleet Logistics unveils new Fleet.BI dashboard reporting platform

Our new Fleet.BI dashboard reporting platform is now available and provides our clients with management information in a highly visualised format. The new solution is an enhancement to our existing operational reporting system and in line with our mantra, ‘we drive our industry’.

CEO Steffen Schick commented: “With decades of fleet management expertise behind us, we are committed to excellence in everything we do, and are creating business tools to support our clients with the changing shape of the industry, as we move towards mobility management.

Having the tools providing insights that drive important decisions and facilitate change, whilst still driving cost transparency and efficiency, is of vital importance for today’s decision-makers.

“Fleet.BI generates a visualised, holistic view of all aspects of fleet operations, allowing our clients’ internal teams to access the data they need by any media, be that pc, phone or tablet, and to present different views to all relevant stakeholders, such as HR, Finance, CSR, Procurement or Fleet Management,” he said.

Some key features of Fleet.BI:

  • A new dashboard reporting platform, presenting a clear and transparent visualisation of the consolidated vehicle and mobility data
  • A high number of pre-defined reports on actual cost data, mileage and CO2 emissions which can be downloaded in CSV format
  • Visibility of vehicle documents directly linked to the vehicle registration number
  • Designed to enhance the visibility of the data presented to our clients at quarterly business reviews with real-time access

Additional features will be rolled out in Q2 and Q3, and developments include report scheduling to deliver key reports automatically to clients’ inboxes at pre-set frequencies.

Clients will be contacted by their account management team with more details as roll-out progresses and to provide training. Clients will also be invited to get involved and provide input into future developments.
